Food and Beverage Service Specialist

We are a leading hospitality organization dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.
Job DescriptionAs a Food and Beverage Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests in all food and beverage outlets. This includes extensive knowledge of menus, promoting menu items through upselling skills, and anticipating guest needs. You will also handle inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner, while developing harmonious working relationships with all departments within the hotel.

To succeed in this role, you will need previous customer-focused experience, exceptional communication skills, a passion for food and beverage, and a positive attitude. Flexibility with working shift work and weekends is required, as well as motivation to learn new skills and develop in your role. An up-to-date RSA certificate is essential.
