Job Title: Food & Beverage Service Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Expert. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Host guests in all food and beverage outlets, including Motion Dining, In Room Dining, and Banquets.
  • Provide guests with extensive knowledge on menus offered along with promotions.
  • Upsell menu items and anticipate guest needs to deliver a personalized experience.
  • Develop a close and harmonious working relationship with all departments within the hotel.
  • Handle guest queries throughout their stay and assist Front Office and kitchen when required.
  • Perform other section duties and responsibilities, including Banquets and In-Room Dining.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused position.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create personal connections with guests.
  • Passion for food and beverage and providing exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to think quickly on your feet and solve problems promptly.
  • Flexibility with working shift work and weekends.
  • Motivated to learn new skills and develop in their role.
  • Hold an up-to-date RSA certificate.
