Prominent in the Power and Infrastructures division, our organisation seeks a diligent QA/QC Supervisor to oversee projects and improvement activities within the Construction, Quality & Commissioning portfolio.

The successful candidate will ensure consultation with stakeholders while providing supervision of direct labour forces on allocated projects, delivered to high standards, on time, and efficiently.

This role will be based in either Brisbane, Gympie, or the Tumut office, requiring occasional site travel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising direct labour forces on brownfield and greenfield projects
  • Promoting safe work practices and adhering to WH&S & Environmental Acts and Regulations
  • Commissioning check sheets
  • Developing and managing Handover Work packs, ITP's, and FTR's
  • Preparing and reading electrical installation drawings, plans, and diagrams
  • Managing red-line drawings and updates
  • Interfacing with operations for isolation and plant tie-ins
  • Liaising and reporting to external Clients
  • Coordinating Continuous Quality Improvement

We are looking for someone with:

  • A current QLD and/or NSW Electrical Licence
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Commissioning Supervisor, Electrical Control Engineer, or similar
  • Cert III Instrumentation
  • A strong commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and quality
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to meet targets under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
