We are seeking skilled flooring specialists for a full-time position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in tile installation, renovation, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and measure surfaces to be covered, ensuring precise measurements and accurate markings.
  • Mix and apply adhesives using hand trowels, guaranteeing a strong bond between tiles and surfaces.
  • Set tiles in position, applying the right amount of pressure to secure them firmly to their bases.
  • Align and straighten tiles using levels, squares, and straightedges, achieving flawless symmetry and balance.
  • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
  • Pack grout into joints between tiles, removing excess grout to create a seamless finish.
  • Install tile strips, carefully selecting materials and techniques to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.
  • Lay and set mosaic tiles to create decorative wall, mural, and floor designs, pushing the boundaries of creativity and imagination.
  • Mix, lay, and polish tiles and terracotta surfaces, restoring their original beauty and luster.
  • Cut, polish, and install marble and granite, showcasing your expertise in working with high-end materials.
  • Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in fully tiling swimming pools or equivalent cert III trade qualification.
  • Reliability, hard work, and attention to detail are essential qualities we look for in our team members.
  • Excellent communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is highly valued.
  • A current driver's license and own transportation are required for regular site visits.
  • Experience in rendering swimming pools is a significant asset in this role.
