Job Title: Floor Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Floor Care Specialist. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our stores, ensuring a safe and positive shopping experience for our customers.

About the Role:

This position involves working independently and as part of a team to complete various cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors. You will also be responsible for collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark, regardless of weather conditions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store
  • Operating various equipment and machinery to clean floors and other surfaces
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark
  • Working both indoors and outdoors, with flexibility to work autonomously

About You:

We are looking for someone who is physically fit, active, and energetic, with excellent attention to detail and ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. You should have good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
