Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive salaries, with estimated ranges for this position being $110,127 - $130,325 per annum for Academic Level B and $134,3628 - $154,558 p.a. for Academic Level C. In addition to salary, we provide 17% Superannuation + salary packaging options, flexible working arrangements, and a wide range of professional development activities and services.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Create, coordinate, and conduct inspiring teaching informed by approaches that enhance the student experience, with a focus on Law topics across all levels and modes of the College.
  • Contribute to the planning and evaluation of these topics, undertaking roles such as Topic Coordinator and Course Coordinator as required.
  • Play a lead role in the review, renewal, development, and design of curricula and courses that are attractive to existing and new cohorts of students and that nurture creativity and critical-thinking skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a PhD or EdD in Law or a related discipline, or equivalent qualification. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
