Key Property Administration Role

We are seeking an experienced property administrator to join our dynamic centre management team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our shopping centre. This will involve managing the day-to-day running of the centre's rent collection, completing the monthly rent roll process, and overseeing the progress of arrears collection.

Additional responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation of the annual budget, tracking monthly forecasts against budget, and assisting with the centre outgoings budgeting and reconciliation process.

You will also be responsible for issuing letters to retailers who have failed to pay their rent, completing lease audits to ensure accuracy of tenancy schedules, and maintaining tenant details and invoice reoccurring and ad hoc billings via system workflows.

Other key tasks will include completing tenant reconciliations along with reconciliation and banking of gift card takings, and participating in report presentations as required.

The ideal candidate will have prior property administration experience in a retail shopping centre environment or similar, and possess a good working knowledge of how to manage and collect rent from tenants.

They will also be competent in computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and able to work a weekend roster and attend after-hour events as required.
