About the position:

Our client is currently seeking a skilled Commercial & Property Lawyer with 5+ years of post-admission experience to take on a pivotal role within their growing practice. This is a strategic opportunity for a lawyer ready to advance to Senior Associate level or beyond, supported by a firm that actively fosters internal progression and leadership development.

You'll engage in complex, high-value matters across both commercial and property law. Key areas of work will include:
  • Commercial structuring, acquisitions, and business sales
  • Retail and commercial leasing matters
  • End-to-end property transactions including developments
  • Negotiating, drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements
  • Advising developers, private clients, and business owners on strategic legal solutions
You'll work alongside senior legal minds while also being supported to lead your own matters and take an active role in client relationships and business development.

Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' PAE in commercial and/or property law
  • Proven ability to manage complex files with minimal supervision
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation expertise
  • Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail
  • Desire to mentor juniors and take on leadership responsibilities
  • Commitment to building a long-term career with a collaborative team
