Job Overview
Our organization is seeking a Water Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Water Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for the collection and analysis of water samples to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
In this role, you will work independently to collect water samples from various locations and transport them to our laboratory for analysis. You will also be responsible for performing field tests to ensure results are within acceptable limits.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of chemistry and environmental science principles, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and transport water samples to our laboratory for analysis.
- Perform field tests to ensure results are within acceptable limits.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and precision of test results.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns related to water sample collection and analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in water quality analysis or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
