At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Store Supervisor to lead a team of staff in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient processes.
- Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail environment.
- They should possess strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
- The successful candidate will be able to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize, are necessary for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, upholding company values and promoting positive interactions with customers, stakeholders, and internal staff.
- Effectively manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers, promoting sales in alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate deliveries and assign job tasks to staff to ensure timely completion of workloads.
- Forecast sales figures and manage showroom stock levels to meet inventory requirements.
- Redesign the showroom layout regularly to maintain a fresh and appealing display.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, train new team members, and develop store procedures for consistent operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Knowledge of healthcare and mobility equipment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with software systems is a plus.
