**Key Responsibilities**

  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within the building industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • A valid driver's license.
