**Job Description:

This role involves providing a comprehensive range of applicant, tenancy and property management services to clients, advocates and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Provide housing options advice based on client assessment and need, adhering to relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and external service providers to meet client needs.
  • Manage tenancies and support clients to maintain successful tenancies.
  • Support community participation initiatives for harmonious neighborhoods and stronger communities.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of client information.
  • Monitor property condition and facilitate maintenance and minor modifications as needed.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:
