
Clinical Expertise Developer

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. Our graduate program is designed to support your development of clinical expertise across the NDIS and community.
You will have the opportunity to work with participants from age 6 to 65 with a range of conditions, including neurological conditions, ASD and psychosocial.
Responsibilities- Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments.
- Collaborate with our committed multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

Our program starts with a comprehensive induction, including training on community practice, the NDIS and life in our organization.
- Support: You'll be surrounded by colleagues who support you through challenges, with a buddy from last year's graduate cohort to answer questions and provide guidance.
- Supervision: Mentorship by a discipline-specific 1:1 Supervisor to help you navigate all areas of working with us.
- Ongoing Training: 6 months of dedicated induction, training and upskilling to set you up for success.
- Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year.
- Resources: We provide everything you need to succeed, including laptops, phones and therapy and assessment resources.
