Practice Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Manager to lead our veterinary clinic. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our practice.

Job Description:

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including stock management, people management, rostering, and maintaining client records. You will also lead and develop our team, building a positive team culture that drives success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care and customer service.
  • Lead and develop our team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to drive business growth and improve market share.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in team management, with a strong track record of leadership and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
