National Storage is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to work across our Central Coast locations. The role itself is an exciting & varied position encompassing customer service, administration, and operational tasks.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Deliver exceptional results in a customer-facing environment to support customers in making the best storage choice for their needs.
- Conduct centre tours and walk throughs which showcase our facilities, providing a seamless experience for all visitors.
- Maintain centre presentation, cleanliness, and achieve budgeted KPI goals to ensure high standards are met at all times.
- Ensure centre safety by wearing appropriate safety gear, safe use of equipment, and following workplace health and safety procedures.
- Action general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims efficiently.
