About the Role

You'll lead the successful delivery of complex digital programs, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with optimal efficiency.
  • Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to align delivery with strategic priorities.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of delivery managers, scrum masters, and project leads.
  • Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, governance models, and reporting standards.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers across programs.
  • Drive operational efficiency through process optimization and tooling improvements.
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through transparent communication and proactive engagement.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned leader with 8+ years of experience in digital delivery.

Success in leading large-scale digital transformation or innovation programs is essential. Experience working in agile environments and exposure to AI, automation, or emerging tech delivery is highly valued.
