Job Title: Senior Draftsman

We are seeking an experienced draftsman to produce accurate and detailed documentation for project homes.

About the Role:
  • Prepare and amend architectural drawings using Revit software.
  • Create working drawings, site plans, floor plans, elevations, and details.
  • Interpret and apply council requirements, Australian Standards, and NCC/BCA codes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure drawings are accurate and construction-ready.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and drawing registers.

Requirements:
  • Revit work experience.
  • Solid understanding of local building codes, standards, and construction methods.
  • High attention to detail with excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Relevant qualification in drafting, architecture, or building design.
  • Ability to work full-time in an office environment.
