Job Title: Marketing Analytics And Operations Professional
">Overview:
">The marketing analytics and operations professional plays a critical role within our internal media team, ensuring the smooth operation of tools, platforms, and processes that enable effective campaign delivery and performance measurement.
">This position oversees process optimization, digital performance analytics, and dashboards while working closely with senior management to drive business outcomes.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Analytics and Tagging Management:
">+ Design, implement, and manage ad tracking strategies, including platform-specific tags and pixels.
">+ Oversee tagging and analytics tools across multiple platforms, troubleshoot and resolve digital marketing tagging and tracking requirements.
">+ Leverage big data analytics to clean and structure marketing performance data for use in dashboards and reporting.
">Dashboards and Reporting:
">+ Build and maintain dashboards in Looker, Google Data Studio, and other business intelligence tools to service different stakeholders.
">+ Collaborate with analytics and data visualization teams to ensure accurate data capture, transformation, and reporting pipelines.
">Process Optimization:
">+ Develop, document, and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in campaign management and reporting.
">Technology Integration:
">+ Manage the technical aspects of key marketing platforms to support campaign execution and reporting.
">Professional Development:
">+ Evaluate and integrate new technologies and add-ons that enhance performance tracking, reporting, and team productivity.
">Requirements:
">Qualifications and Experience:
">+ Proven hands-on experience implementing pixel tracking, ad tags, and platform integrations.
">+ Strong SQL skills and experience working with BigQuery or equivalent data warehouse technologies.
">+ Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks in Looker, Google Data Studio, or other BI tools.
