Job Overview:

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting environmental sustainability and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and efficient recycling centre, and ensuring our machines and equipment are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
  • Clean and maintain our reverse vending machines
  • Monitor the recycling centre for hazards and report concerns
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management

Requirements:

  • Possess a genuine passion for recycling and the environment
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a motivation to maintain a clean workspace
  • Be a safety advocate, committed to returning home safely
  • Enjoy interacting with people and ensuring they have a great experience
