Site Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our site team in delivering high-quality projects.

As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site organization and staffing procedures to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Develop and implement safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Manage the site team and sub-contractors to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Supervise industrial relations and safety matters to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Contracts Administrators to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop procurement strategy and contribute to sub-contractor engagement processes to maximize value for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in the construction industry with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Excellent leadership and communications skills to motivate and inspire the site team.
  • Site Supervisors Licence & Senior First Aid certification to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ideal experience in High Rise Residential projects over 20M+
