At a leading ecommerce digital agency, we're seeking a senior social media professional to drive client campaigns across multiple platforms. This ambitious role involves working closely with colleagues to manage daily campaign operations, shape creative direction, and guide reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively across teams, and a keen understanding of social media platforms. You'll have opportunities to mentor junior team members, contribute to cross-functional projects, and develop your skills in content performance metrics and social reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as key point of contact for clients, building trust and managing day-to-day communication
  • Coordinate and execute best-in-class social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Manage and maintain social media content calendars, including planning, approvals, and publishing
  • Brief and review creative assets, ensuring alignment to brand guidelines and campaign goals
  • Analyse performance and deliver regular reporting, pulling out insights and actionable recommendations
  • Stay up to date with trends and platform updates, contributing to creative ideas and forward planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on holistic client strategies
  • Support mentoring and guiding junior team members

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in a social or digital marketing role, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in the marketing funnel
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in managing client relationships and writing engaging copy
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Natural collaborator, enjoying work across teams and disciplines
  • Solid grasp of content performance metrics and social reporting tools
