Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our customer remediation activities, ensuring timely delivery and implementation of initiatives with integrity and excellence.

This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, contributing to strategic initiatives, and shaping the future of our customer solutions while staying true to our risk management framework and customer philosophies.

The successful candidate will oversee the timely delivery and implementation of customer remediation initiatives, ensure adherence to our remediation policies, work with stakeholders to integrate resources into risk governance and management processes, support the claims business by identifying risks, developing process controls, and improving operational resilience through small to medium-scale projects, and develop and coach the customer solutions team fostering a culture of collaboration and performance-driven success.

About the Role

This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of financial services and life insurance operations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the industry, proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint, experienced with life insurance administration systems, and strong data analysis capabilities.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical issues to business stakeholders, strong influencing, negotiation, and relationship management skills, and familiarity with relevant legal and compliance requirements including APRA and the Life Act in the life insurance sector.
