Job Description

As a financial management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and analysis of accurate and compliant financial reports. This involves managing budgeting and forecasting processes to support business objectives, maintaining and improving internal controls and accounting procedures, and collaborating with department heads to provide insightful financial recommendations.

  • Develop and implement effective budgeting and forecasting strategies to drive business growth.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls and accounting procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert financial insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A successful candidate will possess:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA or CA) is mandatory.
  • Solid experience in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing industry or a product/inventory related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
