Senior Dental Operations Manager

This is a senior leadership role that requires strong management skills and the ability to motivate a team. As Senior Dental Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dental centre on the Gold Coast.

We are seeking an experienced leader who has a strong focus on general dentistry and can oversee day-to-day operations. This includes managing rosters, patient flow and compliance. You will also support dentists to deliver smooth, efficient clinical services.

Your new role will include:

  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver great patient experiences
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations including rosters, patient flow and compliance
  • Supporting dentists to deliver smooth, efficient clinical services
  • Working closely with your Regional Manager on performance and growth
  • Creating a positive and collaborative centre culture

You will bring:

  • Dental industry knowledge and experience
  • Leadership experience ideally in a medical setting
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and support a team in a busy centre environment
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving

About the Role

This is a full-time role that requires a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be working closely with the Regional Manager to achieve business objectives and grow the centre.
