Job Opportunity

The Practice Manager will oversee a friendly, community-focused dental centre on the Gold Coast. With a strong focus on general dentistry, they'll lead a small, supportive team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver great patient experiences.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including rosters, patient flow and compliance.
  • Support dentists to deliver smooth, efficient clinical services.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on performance and growth.
  • Create a positive and collaborative centre culture.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader - or a Senior Dental Assistant or Practice Manager ready to step up - to grow their career in a leadership role with the support of a national network behind them.
