We are seeking a Manager Corporate Services to lead our school community. This role is a key leadership position embedded in a culture of collaboration, respect, and growth.

The Manager Corporate Services works closely with the principal and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. The successful applicant should think critically to problem solve, display agility and work collaboratively to support the school's business objectives.

This role is responsible for managing the school's financial, physical and human resources. Experience with promotions, public relations and school and student administration would be ideal.

The Manager Corporate Services supervises all support staff and manages staff performance and development. They will work with individuals, teams, committees and external stakeholders to support and progress the school's strategic priority areas.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills in delivering business outcomes and strong customer service principles and practices
  • Demonstrated well-developed oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
  • Demonstrated sound financial management skills, including budget preparation and the ability to interpret and apply financial and accounting practices and procedures
  • Demonstrated sound human resource management skills, including the ability to develop and/or apply HR practices and systems
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to development, implementation and monitoring of business and marketing plans
