Digital Marketing Operations Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of the Sales and Marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date Product Knowledge master manual for the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Support the Revenue Manager in creating engaging proposals, letters, mail-outs, and other communication materials.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Manager on internal and external promotion projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling all incoming telephone calls and taking proactive steps to resolve issues.
  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as hotel brochures and sales kits.
  • Audit and update our digital presence, including our microsite, AH.com, and third-party sites.
  • Conduct digital gap analysis and provide recommendations to improve our online presence.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Manager and Distribution team to develop an effective EDM strategy and calendar.
  • Create a digital exposure checklist to maximize visibility during special events.
  • Manage social media channels.
  • Support the Revenue Manager and Distribution team with digital marketing efforts, covering direct and non-direct websites, social media, EDM, influencer partnerships, and digital signage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in hospitality or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in hotel operations or sales and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
