Cuscal is at the forefront of payments innovation, enabling seamless and secure solutions for millions of Australians. We're seeking a Financial Crimes Response Lead to join our dynamic Product team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine response to fraud and scam risks and activities
  • Evangelise and educate financial crimes knowledge within organisation
  • Drive thought leadership and represent company at industry forums and client forums on fraud and scam; advocate for reform
  • Manage complex investigations and support/collaborate with external parties such as government agencies or law enforcement
  • Be responsible for matters of concern which require 'need to know basis only' investigations
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in financial crime analysis and investigative role
  • Demonstrated experience in successful internal and external relationship management
  • Proven experience in working effectively in fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy development within Financial Crime
Skills:
  • Ability to lead productive working relationships with internal and external parties
  • Understanding of current and emerging trends within fraud and scam landscape
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
