Our Strategy

We focus on creating a single point of contact between the Future Fit Academy (FFA) and Assets, ensuring adequate planning, budgeting, and forecasting accuracy. This role will serve as the primary liaison between FFA and Assets, reporting to Superintendent Execution Enablement, located in Mackay/Perth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage Stakeholders: Ensure alignment with FFA Runway on two-year plan objectives throughout the implementation phase, using predefined routines with assets and FFA.
  • Lead Performance Tracking: Validate performance tracking dashboard reporting, including KPIs, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting L2-L5.
  • Liaise Across Functions: Collaborate with multiple functions to achieve right outcomes.
  • Point of Contact: Act as a single point of contact for internal and external customers.
  • Identify Potential Issues: Recognize potential issues and escalate when required.
  • Facilitate Meetings: Organize meetings for Superintendents, Managers, and Heads of level.
  • Capture Improvement Ideas: Identify and capture improvement ideas to feed into the continuous improvement pipeline.
