System Transition Manager

The role is responsible for overseeing the seamless integration and operation of complex systems at airports. This entails ensuring service continuity, operational readiness, and alignment with airport operations and stakeholder expectations.

  • Direct transitions to new contracts, minimizing disruption to operations.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of system upgrades and changes throughout fixed-term periods.
  • Maintain operational readiness and ensure optimal system performance during all phases of the transition.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, airport operations, and project teams to ensure effective communication and strategic alignment.

Ideally, you will bring a degree in engineering, project management, logistics, or a related field, health & safety certification, and 5+ years of experience in airport, logistics, or infrastructure project environments, with direct experience in managing transitions or complex system implementations.

This opportunity requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and strong communication skills.
