Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Evidence and Strategy, Early Intervention team.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to design tools to improve data collection that informs policy and program development.

  • Develop data-driven solutions to support program refinement;

  • Analyse client experience data using Qualtrics and provide insights to inform business decisions;

  • Provide high-quality data and analysis to support program-related requests;

  • Conduct research and prepare advice on policy papers and discussion documents;

About the Team

The Evidence and Strategy, Early Intervention team is responsible for managing and enhancing the evidence base and program design for early intervention initiatives.

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of working from a designated office location approximately 50% of the time.
