Landscape Leading Hand / Bobcat Operator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Leading Hand / Bobcat Operator to join our team in South West Brisbane.

About the Role:

This full-time position involves site preparation, soft landscaping, and operating machinery on new housing developments.

Key responsibilities include preparing sites for residential builders' landscaping projects, safely and efficiently operating Bobcats and other machinery, performing soft landscaping tasks, allocating tasks and supervising team members, ordering and collecting materials, and assisting with manual landscaping tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in soft landscaping and 1 year of operating Bobcats.
  • Middle Rigid (MR) licence (required). Construction White Card. Bobcat ticket (preferred).
  • Punctual, reliable, hardworking individual with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
