Mobile Fleet Maintenance Specialist

Maintenance Professional Opportunity:
Are you a skilled and driven maintenance expert looking to elevate performance and reliability across a cutting-edge fleet?
As a key member of the maintenance team, you'll play a pivotal role in inspecting mobile equipment, identifying defects, and collaborating with supervisors and planners to assign optimal resources.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough inspections of Caterpillar mobile equipment.
- Identifying and documenting defects with detailed notes and photos.
- Collaborating with planners to optimize labor, parts, and timelines for work orders.
- Assisting with parts organization and transport needs for critical tasks.
- Supporting continuous improvement in defect turnaround, asset health, and reliability.
Essential Qualifications:
- Heavy Diesel Fitter, Plant Mechanic, or related trade qualification.
- Experience working with Caterpillar models.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities with attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a safety-first mindset.
- Proactive work ethic and ability to influence planned work outcomes.
- Familiarity with digital maintenance systems.
