As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our neighbourhoods.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various teams within each neighbourhood to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage requests, concerns, and inquiries from diverse groups, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Develop and implement rostering and scheduling strategies to optimize resource allocation and maximize productivity.
  • Create professional correspondence and documentation as required, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Efficiently organize appointments, diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting preparatory activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, previous experience in rostering and scheduling, strong time-management abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and Database applications.
