Job Summary

The Real Estate Finance Senior Associate role encompasses leading transactions from inception to closure, crafting and negotiating complex financial documents in real estate financing transactions. This includes facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, and side deeds.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate will manage and mentor junior lawyers, drive matter strategy, and foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and financiers.

Key qualifications include 5+ years' experience in loan markets, preferably within a top-tier firm or respected mid-tier firm, with expertise in real estate finance, acquisition, and development finance.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this position, alongside superior analytical and drafting abilities.
