Job Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Software Developer. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining high-quality software components that meet customer needs.

About the Role
  • This position requires 3+ years of experience in developing reliable software using languages such as Go, Typescript, C++, or Windows Software Development.
  • You'll be working closely with engineers to ensure accurate estimates, timely delivery, and high-quality results.

The successful candidate will own the day-to-day tradeoff between quality, time-to-build, and cost-to-own.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop high-quality software components that meet specifications and cohere with other parts of the system.
  2. Mindfully design software that meets the specification and takes into account impacts on customers and other components.
  3. Critically evaluate tools, techniques, trends, and patterns to identify areas for improvement and apply them intentionally to benefit the component being delivered.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks, such as privacy, security, and dependencies.
Requirements
  • Strong programming skills and experience with cloud platforms and services.
  • Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and version control.
  • Understanding of testing methodologies and software design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
