Software Development Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled software developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions that meet customer needs. This role will be responsible for building complex software systems that scale, reliable, and performant.

The successful candidate will have strong background in back-end technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers and technical leaders to build interoperable products and systems that manage customer interactions
  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex software systems
  • Work with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
  • Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow and succeed
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve our development process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years in software development, with a focus on back-end technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication to articulate technical concepts
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in one of Go, Python, Java, or Ruby
  • Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
  • Identity management and authentication experience (e.g., Azure AD, AWS Cognito, LDAP, Okta, Keycloak)
  • Strong understanding of architecture, design patterns, and best practices
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
