Product Growth Manager

This role is centered on driving product growth and customer understanding within delivery teams.
The Product Growth Manager will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and execute project plans that support business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hypothesis Development: Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth.
- Problem Identification: Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis.
- Execution and Project Management: Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines to support business objectives.
Essential skills and qualifications include:
- Collaboration: Works with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals.
- Numerical Problem Solving: Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems.
- Prioritization: Compares and ranks the relative importance and/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions.
