
Chief Supplier Governance Officer

We are seeking a commercially savvy and stakeholder-focused professional to drive value, innovation, and performance across multiple technology domains.
This role will involve leading the governance and performance of strategic technology suppliers, collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing complex contracts, and negotiating commercial outcomes to maximise value.
The ideal candidate will have experience in contract negotiation, commercial supplier governance, and vendor management, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
They will also possess a collaborative mindset, a drive for innovation, and a passion for delivering outcomes that make our suppliers customers of choice.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 7+ years' experience in contract negotiation, commercial supplier governance, and vendor management
- A Bachelor's degree is essential; CIPS certification desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including at C-suite level
- Proven ability to work independently and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Experience in managing off-shore and outsourced service providers
This role offers the opportunity to be part of a high-performance team culture, deliver contract health checks, identify savings opportunities, and champion SRM best practices.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor across the organisation, bringing commercial expertise and value-led thinking.
They will also support the SRM Portfolio Manager, mentor SRM Specialists and Analysts, and contribute to the development of a collaborative mindset within the team.
