Restaurant Maintenance Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our restaurant maintenance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of the restaurant environment.

The role involves maintaining the internal and external areas of the restaurant, including the car park, patio, and exterior equipment. You will also be responsible for organizing and cleaning the back area of the restaurant, including the rubbish area and staff toilets.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high level of attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and be highly organized with excellent time management skills. You must also be able to work early mornings to prepare the restaurant for trade and have a well-presented and friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the internal and external restaurant environment to provide a clean, functioning, and welcoming environment for customers and the restaurant team.
  • Maintain equipment to ensure it is well-functioning and the restaurant environment is safe and secure from potential hazards.
  • Organize and clean the back area of the restaurant, including the rubbish area and staff toilets.
  • Comply with restaurant safety and security standards for a safe working environment.

  • Able to independently complete tasks, including but not limited to mopping, scrubbing, climbing ladders, cleaning windows, and toilets
