Branch Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Branch Operations Specialist to manage our branch in Sydney.

This role offers the freedom to work when required, with plenty of variety and opportunities to learn skills across the business spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and clean vehicles for hire
  • Assist with servicing vehicles and refrigeration units
  • Maintain vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections
  • Maintain and update computer records
  • Meet customers to hand over rentals and receive returns
  • Complete documentation and administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Be mechanically minded and able to use tools
  • Be willing to learn new systems
  • Have a positive and friendly attitude
  • Pride in your work and attention to detail
  • Be responsible and reliable
  • Hold a valid driver's license and own transport
