**Job Opportunity:** Lifestyle and Community Coordinator

The role of a Lifestyle and Community Coordinator is pivotal in delivering person-centred leisure and lifestyle programs in our care homes. As the primary contact for these initiatives, you will oversee the implementation of engaging activities designed to promote emotional and physical rehabilitation.

This challenging yet rewarding position requires exceptional leadership skills, with responsibility for managing a team of recreational activity officers. Your expertise in creating and implementing meaningful programs will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and motivate a team of recreational activity officers to deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to develop and implement effective recreational activity programs.
  • Ensure individual resident needs, values, spiritual and cultural preferences are respected and incorporated into recreational care.

**Requirements:

For this exciting opportunity, we require:

  • Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent qualifications highly regarded.
  • Previous experience gained in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Senior First Aid Certificate essential.
