Electrician for Power Generation Jobs

We are seeking a skilled electrical maintenance specialist to maintain generator sets, diagnose faults, and ensure the smooth operation of critical power systems in the Sydney area.
Key Responsibilities- Servicing diesel generators and hybrid power systems at customer sites
- Diagnosing electrical faults and optimizing equipment performance
- Maintaining scheduled maintenance and addressing breakdowns as required
- Logging work accurately and managing parts and paperwork effectively
- Coordinating daily activities with support from the National Service Coordinator
- Ensuring safety is prioritized in all work activities
- Contributing to team efforts for large-scale jobs or remote projects
- A-Grade Electrical Licence (Australian recognised)
- At least 5 years' experience in power generation, electrical services, or a related field
- Strong fault-finding skills and a practical approach
- Confidence in reading wiring diagrams and electrical/mechanical drawings
- Current First Aid, CPR, and LVR certificates, plus a valid driver's licence
- Self-motivation and excellent communication skills
- High Voltage switching ticket
- Forklift licence
- Dual trade (electrical/mechanical)
- Diesel engine or hybrid system experience
- Provided tools of the trade
- Competitive hourly rates ($57ph to $60ph plus super + optional overtime)
- Fully maintained vehicle
