Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Contract Administration or Project Coordination, preferably with a Design and Construct Company.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about fit-outs, particularly workspace design and construction, and possess strong communication skills. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Interpreting construction contracts and managing contract administration processes.
  • Supporting project managers in applying solid project management principles.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating commercial risks to maximize project value.
  • Navigating and managing the CDC/DC/CC/OC process for projects on behalf of the client and project manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Project Coordinator/Contract Administration experience, preferably with a Design and Construct Company.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in workspace fit-out or commercial construction.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ideal qualifications include a Certificate IV or Diploma in Building and Construction (Building) or Bachelor of Construction Management (or equivalent).
