Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our vibrant team as a Food and Beverage Attendant. Your primary responsibilities will include taking guest orders, preparing and serving food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Taking accurate and timely orders from guests
- Preparing and serving food and beverages with attention to detail
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience working in a similar position
- An RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
- A friendly, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
