Permanent Educator Position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Educator to join our team at Beenyup OSHClub. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.

The successful candidate will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours, Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 8:30am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:15pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program). You will have the opportunity to pick up extra hours during school holidays.

About the Role

You will be part of a dynamic team of Educators, supported by a Coordinator, to deliver before and after school care for children aged 5-12 years. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering healthy relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents.
  • Working collaboratively with a team of skilled Educators onsite.
  • Developing and implementing child-centered programs full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft.
