Overview

Transform learning into an exciting journey while you guide and mentor a team of Educators to greatness At Green Leaves Early Learning, our National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) program supports team members personally and professionally. As a Lead Educator, you will be provided with learning and development opportunities including:

  • Access to the NLRDP Perspective Partners in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, Cultural Pedagogy, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Sustainability, The Arts, and Documentation

  • Access to The Creative Collection Arts and Materials with Children training program (delivered by Kelly Goodsir and Kirsty Liljegren)

In addition, you will be supported day to day by the Centre Educational Leader. You will focus on the image of the child, collaboration, creativity, and curiosity in a well-resourced, planned environment.

About You
  • An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current WA Working with Children's Check
  • Current WA Child Protection Training
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
  • A strong focus on Image of Child
  • Ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs with an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Prior leadership experience mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
