Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our educational team. As a Lead Educator, you will play a vital role in transforming learning into an exciting journey while guiding and mentoring educators to greatness.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-resourced and planned environment that focuses on the image of the child, collaboration, creativity, and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform learning into an engaging experience for children.
  • Mentor educators to achieve high standards of curriculum and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the Centre Educational Leader to plan and implement programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Current WA Working with Children's Check.
  • Current WA Child Protection Training.
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates.
  • A strong focus on Image of Child.
  • Ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs with an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS).
