Requirements:
  • Qualifications & Registration: Must be registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practising certificate.
  • Effective Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to Care: Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads and deliver consumer and family-centred care with a creative and flexible approach.
  • Knowledge & Experience: Competence in nursing practice, with an understanding of relevant legislation, quality improvement systems, and the role of a Registered Nurse in healthcare.
