Job Title: Finance Systems Team Lead

Join the Reserve Bank of Australia as a Finance Systems Team Lead and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. As a key member of the IT department, you will lead a team of functional and technical specialists who will be actively working across key Finance initiatives and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of functional and technical specialists in Finance Systems
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Finance Systems operations and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Ensure alignment with the Bank's enterprise architecture, security, risk, and IT standards and policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Technology Systems Lead or similar role
  • Strong technical skills in PeopleSoft, TM1, Jira, and ITIL
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence, and partner effectively with the team and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in leading incident, problem, and continuous improvement initiatives for the Finance Systems portfolio
  • Demonstrable experience with people leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills to develop and nurture team members
